What a wonderful, easy time we had on buying our 2nd home with the Joe Taylor Group. Jackie (realtor), Chris Gramly and Tonya (mortgage processors) kept us informed everyday! They worked around our hours; early mornings or late evenings and weekends! Very professional and we are so impressed with the speed and accuracy of the process. Even videos to help us understand each process!! Their magic worked to meet our deadlines! We are so grateful for each of them and their help. Buying a home is so stressful, but Tonya your team was amazing! They kept us calm and they moved swiftly. Thank you for everything.

Very responsive to questions, the process was much quicker than expected. Jake and Tonya are very respectable people to work with as good customer relations are difficult to come by these days. Our transaction was very easy and painless. All done electronically except the final signing. I can't say enough about this team and we will be using them in the future when it's time to downsize.
