Join local, national, and international attendees at Afrikfest, the most prominent African festival on the West Coast. Free to attend and family-friendly, this festival celebrates African heritage and cultures. Enjoy traditional live music, food, art, dance, and other performances. Join Seven Oh Brew for Las Vegas’ inaugural Oktoberfest this fall. Conveniently located at the Orleans Festival Grounds, this festival will include German bands, food, activities, games and contests, a Saurkraut 5K, and much more. This festival is committed to celebrating true German heritage, so you can expect an incredible cultural experience.

The Las Vegas Pride Festival kicks off with a parade on October 7th and continues all day on October 8th. Headlined by Drama, Laganja Estranja, and Madison Rose, this festival celebrates diversity and welcomes everyone. Party at the Dance Stage, visit specialty vendors and more at the 18+ Proud and Kinky adults area, and see community leaders and local talent at the Rainbow Stage. There will be a pet-friendly spot for furry friends and a kids zone with games, activities, a bounce house, and more.

The Las Vegas Asian Night Market is one of a kind in the Las Vegas area. Showcasing local Asian & Pacific Islander restaurants, businesses, and entertainment for all ages, this annual event is a cultural celebration you don’t want to miss. The Las Vegas Book Festival is the largest literary event in all of Nevada. Las Vegas NAACP hosts the Las Vegas Black Rodeo at Horseman's Park on October 15th. This event celebrates and highlights Black rodeo competitors from Nevada and the U.S. overall. Events include bull riding, tie-down roping, steer wrestling, steer undecorating, ladies' barrel racing, and relay races.

Dessert Wars is the all-out foodie expo for anyone with a sweet tooth. Enjoy an entire day of dessert, with dessert vendors battling it out for the title of Dessert Champion. Nevada’s largest vegan festival is back for its fifth year! This 100% vegan celebration features world-class speakers from all over, delicious food vendors, and a dedicated cooking demo tent that will feature guest chefs throughout the day.
